Symptom

  • Symptom 1

Message error occurs during the installation of language pack setup from <rootsetupdir>\package\langs\<language you want to install>\setup.exe.

Install logs :

WiseInitAdminError = You must have administrator rights to run this installation. Please login as an administrator and re-run this installation.

Attempting to delete file <rootosinstalldir>\Temp\xxxxx.mst & Unable to delete the file. LastError = 32.

Cannot add any language pack for Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 after installation.
