2118597 - Error: "There was an unexpected error saving report to server...", when attempting to save a specific report from Crystal Reports for Enterprise

• Unexpected error when saving a report to the repository.
• Can save newly created reports, and other reports, to the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform repository.
• When trying to save a specific report from Crystal Reports for Enterprise to the SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, it fails with the error:
      
  'Error Saving Report
   There was an unexpected error saving your report to the server <Server Name>
   Try again or contact your administrator if the problem persists.'
