2118844 - Production Lot not Considered in WIP Clearing Run

You execute the Work in Progress (WIP) Clearing Run for accounting period XXX, but production lot YYY, which is in status Finished for the same accounting period has not been considered.

XXX means the accounting period.

YYY means the production lot ID.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the Inventory Valuation Work Center.
2. Go to the Periodic Tasks - WIP Clearing.
3. Select the respective Run ID and click View.
4. Navigate to tab Processed Successfully.
5. You see that Production Lot YYY has not been processed.

Even though production lot is in status Finished it has not been confirmed.

You can check this as follows:

1. Open the Inventory Valuation Work Center.
2. Go to the Master Data - Production Lots.
3. Search for the Production Lot YYY.
4. Select the Production Lot YYY and click View.
5. Navigate to the Confirmations tab.
6. You see that Production Lot YYY has not been confirmed.

1. Open the Production Control Work Center.
2. Navigate to the Task Control View.
3. Search for the Production Lot YYY.
4. You see one or more Task ID(s) for Production Lot YYY.
5. Click the hyperlink(s) with the Task ID number(s).
6. Finish by pressing the Confirm button.

The next WIP Clearing Run for the respective accounting period will pick of the production lot YYY.
