2119919 - Print EDI Invoice in PDF

Symptom

The company was trying to print EDI invoices in PDF instead of having them in XML.

Reproducing the Issue

If you check an invoice that is an EDI, you will see that in the output history it will be displayed in XML template and not in PDF as the invoices normally is.

Cause

When you set the system to have an EDI invoices, the system will automatically set the communication as XML.

Resolution

This is a system behavior, all the invoices that have an EDI, the data will be sent as XML, at the moment we do not support multiple output channels for business documents.

As a workaround,after release any EDI invoices, you can click on Preview to see the PDF and then Print or Submit as needed.
