Symptom

  • When creating or refreshing a report in Web Intelligence, the following error message appears: Database Error :(CS) "Unexpected behavior: Direct buffer memory". (IES 10901) (WIS 10901).

  • The error is not happening with all the Web Intelligence reports, only some ad hoc reports throw the error intermittently.
