2120174 - Error 213 on server data task 'Login Roles' in sybmigrate - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Using the sybmigrate utility to upgrade ASE 12.5 to ASE 15.7 reports the following error message:
     
    Server data task 'Login Roles'.
    ERROR|Msg 213, Level 16, State 4
    Server MyASE, Line 1, Status 0, TranState 1
    Insert error: column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition.

    Root Cause:Msg 213, Level 16, State 4
    Server MyASE, Line 1, Status 0, TranState 1
    Insert error: column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition.

    ERROR|Migration of server data failed for server 'MyASE'.
     
  • The migration stops.
