Symptom

  • During an upgrade of PI system from version 7.11 to 7.4 SP9.
  • Using the SUM tool during the Configuration phase.
  • Forced to make a decision about the target release for CISCO add-on. To keep the add-on with the current version, you need a Vendor key or To Upgrade it with SAINT package or CD/DVD you need appropriate upgrade files.
