2121085 - WDA: MIME deployment error after Unified Rendering update

Symptom

After Unified Rendering update for older releases the "Force MIME deployment" should be executed in report WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES, but one of the following scenario happens:

1. The deployment seems to be successful, but the 2 versions are still mismatching in the report (below version is higher than above version):-

2. There is a dump occurring with the following error message: "Exception condition "ERROR_OCCURED" raised.
