As per CPPR process a released Purchase Requisition will be available in CPPR application.
Purchase Requisition created and released in ECC system and it is available in buyer's worklist CPPR application. Purchase Order created with reference to this PR. Later this follow-on PO is deleted, so from process point of view the Preq is 'open' again and should be processable in CPPR.
Purchase Requisition is available for further processing in ECC, but PR Items are not visible in CPPR at Portal.
