2121217 - Remodeling tool for SPO is not working

Symptom

If the remodeling tool is called on an SPO via the context menu:
remodeling_menu.png
then the following "Navigation request" window is displayed, instead of the UI of the remodeling tool:
remodeling_navigation.png

This makes the usage of the remodeling tool impossible on SPO-s.
