Symptom

When trying to connect to the HIVE database using isql, the following error appears:

ERROR 3704239872 Connection::SQLConnectW: [Simba] [HiveODBC] (68) Error returned trying to set default as the initial database: EAGAIN (timed out); Also tried quoting the database name `default` but the query failed with the following error: EAGAIN (timed out)
