2121484 - Display Incorrect after adding new forms

• When you add a new form in the reference object and save, the display is incorrect until you sign out and back into FS-PRO.
• If you add a new IL form and save, none of the IL forms are displaying in either selected or unselected.
• If you add a new CG form and save, none of the CG forms are displaying in either selected or unselected.
