2121854 - Crystal Reports error "The viewer could not process an event crweb00000119" when using Single Sign On (SSO) to MS SQL in BI4.1

Symptom

  • Crystal Reports throws the error  "The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. [] ---- Error code:0 crweb00000119"
  • SSO is enabled to the Microsoft SQL Database
  • SSO to BI Launchpad, CMC and service account also configured and working correctly
  • krb5.ini is functioning correctly
