2122074 - Scheduled jobs are not executing after upgrade - Data Services 4.2

Symptom

  • All scheduled jobs are not executing any more after upgrading Data Services from 4.0 to 4.2 SP3.
  • It worked properly before upgrade.
  • The following error appears in the AL_RWJobLauncherLog:
    CRWJobLauncherApp::InitInstance called.
    Connected to CMS Server : ... ...
    *** RWJL_EXIT called.
    *** ERROR: RWJobLauncher failed to connect to CMS. (BODI-1250220)
  • Tested the CMS connection in Data Services Management Console.  It's set correctly and successful.
  • No problem to manually execute the job in Designer and Management Console.
