2122128 - Entry ALL does not exist in GRFNCCICONNECTOR (check entry)

Symptom

Customer wants to provision user defaults to multiple systems based on Business Role technical role's individual systems.

For this scenario to happen, Note 1903306 must be applied, and the entry "ALL" must be maintained in the User Defaults maintenance screen in SPRO.

However, application is not allowing this change:

"Entry ALL does not exist in GRFNCCICONNECTOR (check entry)".
