2122151 - Error while loading Message Monitor in PI

• The error below occurs when opening the Process Integration (PI) Message Monitor:

  com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.deployment.core.ClassLoaderException:
  Cannot access object class loader for deployable object sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~co~ui~xi~msg~wd.
   
• A restart of the system creates further issues especially with the start up of PI Services
  Error loading embedded application (componet - com.sap.tc.lm.itsam.co.ui.xi.msg.ximessagedetailed.XIMessageDetailed.
