2122188 - ESS disabled due to duplicate creation of TT_MAIL_COLLECTOR

Symptom

You can see warning "Statistics server has been disabled. Data might be out of date." in HANA Studio.

And you also can see error below occured during upgrade in indexserver trace.

e STATS_WORKER TrexNetCommandHandler.cpp(00112) : error handling request Install: exception 1: no.9002004 (StatisticsServerAsSQLScript/global/CallInterfaceDirect.cpp:213)
Error during installation: exception 9002001: SQL error 396: cannot use duplicate user-defined type name: TT_MAIL_COLLECTOR: line 1 col 29 (at pos 28): line 1 col 29 (at pos 28) at ptime/query/checker/check_id.cc:134.
