2122368 - Name format for BP not working as expected

Symptom

 "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

  • You would like to have a certain name format defined for all BPs that you create
  • BP name format does not appear as expected, e.g. you wish to have First name, Initial, Last name, but only First name, Last Name appears
  • When adding an employee responsible relationship to an account, the employee name format is not correct
  • User parameter NAMEFORMAT_COUNTRY does not work in the WebUI
