- On renewal transactions, forms are being deleted and replaced with an updated version.
- When a user submits the renewal quote for rating, you get an error stating that forms have been deleted and you must either rerun rules or delete the form. If the user manually rerun's the attachment rules they receive the same error. If the user tries to manually delete the "deleted" form, they will receive a message stating the forms are mandatory. This stops the user from completing the renewal.
