2122560 - Customizations for the Free Symbol-Title - SAP PD

Would like to be able to do the following customizations to the Free Symbol - Title:

• Split the model name on two lines.
• When clicking on the title, have the title comment to show in the same manner that the comment shows when clicking on an entity in the diagram. 
• Add “Modify on: YYYY/MM/DD” in the Title form.
• Modify date format and name of “Date” for “Created on: YYYY/MM/DD”
• Modify the fonts in the title.
• Rename the Words : Model :, Package :, Diagram : 

• SAP PowerDesigner (PD) 16.5
• SAP PowerDesigner (PD) 16.6
