Symptom

  1. On SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 / 4.1, an unquoted service exist in the below Registry path:

a) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\<BW Service>

b) Right String Value "ImagePath" and select option modify.

c) C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86\bwcepubsvc.exe.
