2123033 - KBA: Inbound IDoc /SAPSLL/MD_INBOUND can't be processed because of /SAPSLL/CUS_ECC(008) error

Symptom

There are unprocessed Inbound IDocs with Message Type /SAPSLL/MD_INBOUND on status 51 ‘Application document not posted’ pending with error /SAPSLL/CUS_ECC008 ("Error in inbound processing") within IDoc Monitor.
