Symptom

While running a Web Intelligence report connecting to Sybase the below error appeared:

"Database error: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib Protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed (OS Error: Failed to connect to the server - Error is 10060 A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.) (IES 10901)(Error:INF)"
