2123967 - Nodes are 'Switched off' in SCOT/SCON

Symptom

  1. When Transaction SCOT/SCON (depending on your release) is opened, it will be seen that all Nodes have the status 'Switched Off'.

  2. Due to this no messages can be sent from the SAP system.
