Symptom

  • JDBC float to represent money value on SAP ASE numeric datatype rounds incorrectly.
  • Example:
    • SAP ASE column numeric(18,2)
    • jConnect set value with setBigDecimal
    • jConnect set value with setFloat.
    • Data is modified fro setFloat numbers from 12345.67 to 12345.66
