2124887 - IT0009 bank set for deletion in BNKA record can still be created

Symptom

  • When creating new bank details record IT0009, if the bank is marked for deletion, message F4 230 "'Bank XX marked for deletion in country XX" is generated (message F4230),but it is still possible to save the record.
