Symptom
Below errors appear when trying to login to BI Platform from Web Intelligence Rich Client:
- "Login failed: ClusterFacadeImpl::openSession : unexpected exception"
- "Login failed: Unable to log on: Could not connect to server... Please check that the server name is correct, and that the server is running. Please refer SAP Knowledge Base Article 2151044 on the SAP Support Portal"
