2125426 - Journal France Statutory Report not Being Generated

After scheduling generation of Journal – France Statutory Report, either no file is created or the run remains with status Scheduled for more than 24 hours.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to General Ledger work center.
2. Go to Statutory Reports view.
3. Open Journal – France report.
4. Check the created run. It has either status finished and there is no document created or it has status Scheduled for more than 24 hours ago.

The system is currently not designed for handling such a huge amount of data to generate this report for large periods (e.g. the whole year).

It is recommended to run the report for shorter intervals. Per the French legal rules, there can be created and submitted the maximum of 12 files. Hence, execute the Journal - France for shorter intervals (1 for each month or 1 for each trimester, for instance)

Besides splitting the runs into shorter periods it is also recommended to do not immediately generate the files but to schedule the run outside office hours by using the schedule and generate function.
