2126391 - Env. variables are not resolved for named paths - SAP PD

Symptom

  • Environment variables are not resolved by PowerDesigner when user enters the %VariableName% in the Path field of a named path.
  • After tabbing off or clicking another column, PowerDesigner does not display the corresponding directory.
  • The Path value remains the literal expression of the environment variable.
  • Examples of environment variables: USERPROFILE, APPDATA, LOCALAPPDATA, PROGRAMDATA.
