2126571 - Searching with underscore does not return expected results -LMS

When searching for ( _ ) the underscore character as a user in the LMS, the LMS search does not return all results that have a ( _ ) "Underscore" or has mix results in the return missing some items that have underscores in them.

 The LMS Search Functionality does not support single character searches and will return unexpected results if attempted.

 Incorporate a stricter search other than just a single character.
