2126582 - WARNING #13061: Server ... using 'utf8_nocase' sort order, which is different from this Replication Server's sort order - SRS

Symptom

  • When starting SAP Replication Server (SRS) I get the following message at the end of its startup:

Using the 'utf8' character set.
Using the 'us_english' language.
Using the 'nocase' sort order.
Using the 'binary' unicode sort order.
WARNING #13061 DSI(111 dataserver.database) - seful/cm.c(7969)
      Server ASE157SP101 is using 'utf8_nocase' sort order, which is different from this Replication Server's sort order

  • After configuring both SAP Adaptive Server (ASE) and SAP Replication Server with character set = utf8, sort order = nocase
