2126760 - There is no chart on Utilization tab of a Freight Order and the following error message can be seen: 'Charts are only supported for standards mode'

Symptom

There is an error message on Utilization tab of a Freight Order and the chart cannot be seen. The error message: 'Charts are only supported for standards mode'.
You cannot see the chart on Stages tab too, if you select a stage and go to Utilization tab of the stage.
