Symptom

  • Building new Replication Agent on Oracle 12C with ASM and with a resource file
  • Getting the following error:  

Resource-file processing completed with errors: Primary database version 12.1 is not supported -- version must be one of: [9.0, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2, 11.1, 11.2, 12.1]
