2127175 - UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_018 with MDX statement error: Value & for characteristic & unknown

Symptom

When you run BPC report in EPM addin or web client, you get error "UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_018".
There is "MDX statement error: Value <name of hierarchy node and node type> for <name of characteristic> unknown" and MDX statement in the detail log.
If you run the MDX statement in T-cd: MDXTEST in the backend system, you will get the same error code BRAINOLAPAPI 510: "Value & for characteristic & unknown".
Framework message:The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
