2127252 - The connection string including the specified character produces the Parse error by the creation of UltraLite database

When UltraLite database was created using character including "0x7b"(CP932) to a path, the following errors occur.

Error: Could not connect to UltraLite database: Parse error: dbf=c:\test\山本\test.udb;1 error(s)

SQL Anywhere 12 (UltraLite) or later.
