2127556 - Button "Complete" missing when changing planning book or data view

Symptom

You cannot save changes in planning book or data view design. You experience one of the following symptoms:

  • There is no button for saving.
  • Message "System change option for component <SCM> has the status not changeable"
  • Message "System change option for component <SCMAPO> has the status not changeable"
  • Message "Only a restricted authorization exists - <DV> is personalized" despite status "Changeable/unlimited usage"
