2127650 - An unexpected error occurred while accessing or updating the data - Match Review

• In Match Review when approving the best record the following error is encountered in the Data Review service log:
  [E] [DataReviewService][Transport:Shared-11781/56] Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__CUST_MAS__2B49AC3DD25CA5D1'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CUST_MAST_BASIC_DATA_ENRICHED_MATCH_2'. The duplicate key value is (0010000002).
  [E] [DataReviewService][Transport:Shared-11781/56] com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__CUST_MAS__2B49AC3DD25CA5D1'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CUST_MAST_BASIC_DATA_ENRICHED_MATCH_2'. The duplicate key value is (0010000002).
• In Match Review when approving the best record the following error is displayed to the User:
  "com.sap.is.boe.plugin.service.datareview.io.DaoException: An unexpected error occurred while accessing or updating the data. Contact your administrator. (COR-10820)
