2127769 - Error : "Error while handling delayed active report change"

Symptom

When performing a refresh on a workbook, the report freezes until any click by the mouse. When the user clicks anywhere on the report, the refresh succeeds. In the EPM log, the following error is displayed: "Error while handling delayed active report change".
