2128133 - When deleting inspection type in material master, msg QA148 - 'To deactivate QM, the inspection stock for the material must be empty' is raised

Symptom

In Quality management you use inspections with inspection types 01, 03, 04 etc. If inspection setup is active in the material master and stock had been posted to Quality inspection for this material, system prevents the deactivation or deletion of inspection type setup from the material master with error message QA148 - 'To deactivate QM, the inspection stock for the material must be empty'.
