2128346 - WPF Agentry Client - Popup window (ex: Validation pop up) is behind the mobile screen and no action can be done

Symptom

  • With the SMP Agentry WPF client v7.0.3.605, when you have 2 active windows and a pop up is activated, the pop up is behind the main window
  • Example: A validation message is shown and the popup is launched in the background and does not receive the focus, the user is unable to activate either of the windows
  • The user cannot activate any of the windows to try and correct the problem (or click OK) because the popup has the focus but it is behind the main window, even if you select the popup from the Windows taskbar, the popup does not appear
