2128456 - Reverting back to format X_65_255 instead of X_65_256/2, X_65_512/2, and X_65_1024/4

Symptom

After applying the SP level in SAP Note 1561110, system use formats X_65_256/2, X_65_512/2, and X_65_1024/4 for printing list which has more than 255 columns, you want the old behavior that the system proposes only X_65_255 as the default for wide lists.
