2128606 - Submit is Missing in New Project Purchase Request

Submit option is missing in new Project Purchase Request screen.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Go to Projects View.
3. Search for the relevant project ID. 
4. Click in Edit button.
5. Navigate to Products tab. 
6. Select the relevant product ID.
7. Choose Create Purchase Request and select For Released Project Tasks.

In the opened "New Purchase Request" screen, the Submit option is missing.

Since the Approval Process for Project Purchase Requests is not scoped, the Submit option is missing.

Kindly follow the below steps to activate an Approval Process for Project Purchase Requests.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Project view.
3. Select the relevant implementation project.
4. Click in Edit Project Scope button.
5. Navigate to Questions.
6. Expand Project Management.
7. Expand Project Planning and Execution. 
8. Select Project Procurement.
9. Scope the question "Do you want to receive a notification about project-related purchase orders?". 
10. Finish scoping.
