Symptom

  • Introscope shuts down after some time, IntroscopeEntepriseManager.log contains many errors like:
    “[ERROR] [Lucene Merge Thread #0] [Manager] Uncaught Exception in Enterprise Manager:”
  • This error may lead to perforamnce issue and stop Enterprise Manager:

    "[ERROR] [TT Optimization] [Manager] Uncaught Exception in Enterprise Manager: In thread TT Optimization and the message is java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
    [INFO] [Thread-1174] [Manager] Beginning orderly shutdown..."
