2128879 - In product cockpit customize header the list of all attributes is missing scrollbar

Symptom

In product cockpit customize header, the list of all attributes is missing scroll bar. So, for example if you have more attributes some of the attributes becomes inaccessible or the other way around if you shrink the screen size then also its the same. Below screen shot demonstrate the issue
