2128984 - Short dump CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_NUMBER for ST12.

Symptom

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

You get the dump with runtime errors CONVT_NO_NUMBER for /SSA/STA.

After ST12, system always generate following dump when doing "Async trace collection"

    Unable to interpret "initial" as a number.

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP Application Program

    The current ABAP program "/SSA/STA" had to be terminated because it has
    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

 Error analysis
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_CONVERSION_NO_NUMBER', was not
     caught in
    procedure "FILL_ONEUP_MODUNIT_N_LASTCHGBY" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a
     RAISING clause.
