2129011 - Installing Solution Manager Diagnostic Agent in stand-alone mode gives error "Diagnostics Agent archive RSC.SAR could not be found"

Symptom

You are installing the Solution Manager Diagnostic Agent (SMD Agent) in stand-alone mode to monitor SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.x

During the sapinst setup, the following error is reported:

Diagnostics Agent archive RSC.SAR could not be found in directory

C:\Users\auser\Desktop\SMD730_K_UI_WINDOWS_X86_64\DBINDEP.

The installation is going to be aborted.
