2129608 - Is ACO License applicable to GVD_* and ORA_* compressed tables?

Symptom

You have a concern on the Oracle Advance Compression License for the compressed tables GVD_* and ORA_* under owner SAP<SID>.  These tables GVD_* and ORA_* are compressed using the script CreateCompressTables.sql which is attached in SAP note 706927 to store Oracle monitoring data. The names of these tables begin with "GVD_" (for example, "GVD_SESSTAT") or "ORA_" (for example, "ORA_DBA_TABLES").
