2130141 - Unable to launch CMC from client machines on BI 4.0/4.1

Symptom

  • After opening CMC from client machine the following error message occurs: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
  • The CMC is accessible from the server where Business Objects is installed.
  • This issue only occurs while accessing the CMC from the client machine.
