2130644 - Austria-specific infotypes in the new infotype framework

Introduction of new screens and processing technology for existing infotypes of Personnel Administration Austria.

Due to the decoupling of infotypes (see the links in the reference section), it is possible to remove the close coupling between the business processing logic (business logic) and the visual display of data (graphical user interface). This new technology is currently already being delivered for web-based screens as of EHP7 as part of the HR Renewal project (see SAP Note 2020240 in the reference section). To use the new technology on ABAP screens and avoid duplicate maintenance, we will incrementally provide the Austria-specific infotypes with new screens.
