2130718 - Default Printer Tray or Custom Paper size not selected when printing from Crystal Report Designer or .NET SDK application

When printing from the Crystal Report Designer or a .NET SDk application the default printer tray is not being selected.

Or when using the Print button in a Visual Studio .NET Desktop application the Viewers print button also selects the wrong custom paper size.

1. Define a specific paper tray for your printer, example Tray 2.
2. Add another printer of the same name and set it's default paper tray to Tray 1
3. Open a report and select one of the above Printers, the Paper tray in the Printer Setup UI defaults to "Automatically Select"

The report should be selecting the default tray as defined by the printer.

This issue has been reported to our Developers and a fix should be in the next versions of Crystal Reports 2008, 2011 and 2013 as well as Service Pack 14 for CR for Visual Studio.
